Removing all negative accounts from your credit report will leave no credit history and NA (Not Available) as your credit scores. Your credit will have to be re-established from the start and will take years to get your credit report to 720 or higher. 

Credit Repair or Credit Restoration is done in steps and everything cannot be done at once.

Only 3 negative accounts can be disputed at one time. If we dispute more than 3, the credit bureaus will reject it, and mail you a letter that it is illegal to repair your credit. It is NOT illegal, and under the Reporting Act, you have the right to dispute accounts that you believe contain inaccurate or information is false. Credit Bureaus under the Credit Reporting Act. MUST investigate if the account challenged is accurate or accurate. They have 30 days to investigate, contact the creditor and determine it is accurate. If the credit bureaus send a letter that the account is accurate and yours, we then mail another letter requesting the name, telephone and title of the person who verified the account as accurate. 99.9% of the time, credit bureaus cannot provide such information because it was verified by a third party which is illegal. Therefore, the negative account MUST be removed from your credit report by Federal Law

If the buraus fail to respond, do not provide the name of the person verified account we then send a letter to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) which oversees the credit bureaus and enforces the Credit Reporting Act.

Credit Bureaus Experian, Equafax, Transunion are public Enemy #1. The bureaus work for banks, credit card companies, mortgage company and hard money lenders. They do not work for consumers nor do they have the best interest of consumers. They work with the creditors and charge a fee for credit reports. Before, the Credit Reporting Act, creditors would put false information and never remove it. Then, congress passed the Credit Reporting Act that inaccurate information MUST be removed within 30 days. Failure results in fine into the millions of dollars. Last thing Credit Bureaus want is an investigation by the FTC for violating The Credit Reporting Act

Negative Accounts can remain on your report for a specific time

(1) Late Payments, Collections, Charge Offs, repossession ,foreclosures, short sales are 7 years

(2) Bankruptcy 7 to 10 years

(3) Judgements 7 to 10 years

(4) Tax Liens State and Federal Until Paid Off

NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS INFO

Late Payments after 180 Days (6 months) are turned over to an attorney or collection company when creditor efforts to collect the debts are unsuccessful. The creditor then reports it to the credit bureau and Negative Listing of Collection is entered

CHARGE OFFS

Charge Offs is when a collection debt is not paid or resolved. The Creditor will then write off the debt on their state tax returns and enters Charge Off on your credit report

JUDGEMENTS

Creditors will write off the debt on state taxes, but their attorneys will file law suite in small claims court. 99.9% people are unaware and never attend court. The judgment is entered by the courts. Your pay is garnished, bank accounts checking and savings money repossessed under a court order

Judgments will drop your score about 100 points. It is extremely important that All Charge offs are settled with the creditor to void judgments at all cost

Phase 2: 

Debt Settlements: 

Phase 2 is settling your debts on open and closed accounts at a fraction of what you owe. We settle your negative accounts on open accounts at 20-50% amount owed. Creditors rather take 20% then nothing at all especially when threatened with bankruptcy

We first settle accounts that have been charge off. Once open accounts have been settled, we move on to settle closed accounts. Why? When you owe money regardless whether the account is open or closed can lead to judgments and write offs. 

We first dispute the closed accounts with the credit buraus to remove it from your credit report. Another option is to settle the "CLOSED" account and reverse the listing to Paid or Paid as Agreed. 

Judgements

This when the creditors attorneys files a law suit against the debtor at small claim court. If the creditor is award the judgement, they will then proceed to garnish your employment pay and bank accounts. When creditors get the judgment court issues court orders to banks and employment to garnish the funds in the bank account and employment. This is why ALL charge offs MUST be settle to avoid judgments. Judgments have havoc on your credit report and lowers your credit scores 100 points minimum.

WRITE OFFS

Write Offs is when the creditor writes off the debt on their federal tax returns, and reports the write off to the credit bureaus

Serious negative accounts take longer time, and consumes more time to settle and even remove, but we get done. The ultimate goal is to settle your debts at the lowest cost as possible and save you thousands of dollars in the process. Some creditors will settle at 20% other will fight it but settle at 50%. Regardless whether we settle at 20% or 50%, we are going to show you how to pay the settlement without ever coming out of your pocket or bank account. Preserving your open accounts and credit lines is extremely important. We don't get all your accounts remove it is reckless and unnecessary. When ALL your accounts open or closed are removed leaves your credit report with no history and numbers unavailable (NA) We do it to preserve your account and credit lines. When your credit lines are higher than your total debts or amount you owe, your credit scores increase

If the debt or amount owed is higher your credit scores drop. Some people have told us losing 1 point is meaningless. In fact, losing 1 point can be the difference between approved for a loan or denied. If your scores are 680 and you lose 1 point puts your credit score at 679, and you are "DENIED" Losing 1 point makes a huge difference. 

All debt settlements on "OPEN" accounts MUST be reversed because a Paid Collection is as bad and damaging as a Collection. Collections cannot be ignored. It will turn into a Charge Off and 6 months to one year into a judgment. We tackle Charge Offs first and settle them to avoid judgments.

You can easily avoid collections and charge offs and losing accounts by contacting the creditors. Creditors will always work out an affordable payment or restructure your payments. We can also help you restructure your payments if you are unable to make timely payments. Ignoring the creditor will not make the situation better, it will make it worse. You will go from late payments to collections, charge offs and judgments. Do Not ignore creditors. Contact them and request to restructure your payment. Creditors will work with you because they want to get paid even if its less than the agreed payment. 

Once we settle your open accounts, we then settle closed accounts. Why? because 

the creditors will sell your account at pennies on the dollar. The new creditor will report it to credit bureaus under a new account. When settled and paid it will never be reposted. If the account is reposed it is illegal and MUST be removed immediately.  

Phase 3: Adding Authorize and Primary Tradelines to your credit report

Once the debt has been settled with the creditor we add Authorize User and Primary Trade Lines to increase the credit scores 50-300 points depending on the total amount of credit lines added, your debt and credit ratio. 

Your credit lines MUST be higher than your debts for your credit scores to increase.  We add both primary and authorize users

A tradeline is an account on your credit report such as visa master card. 

The tradeline has a credit line, balance, payment amounts and whether paid on time

These tradelines credit lines, and payment history are posted on your credit report. Credit lines start at $10,000 to $50,000 for revolving credit cards and auto loans. $100,000 to $500,000 for mortgages and up to $50,000 installment loans

The credit lines and payment history are the most important part of the tradelines. You need credit lines of $10,000 minimum to increase your credit scores. How many depends how many open accounts you have, the credit lines amounts. Your credit lines must be higher than the total debts for your credit to increase. If it in reverse your debts higher your credit scores will drop. 

Primary Tradelines

These are tradelines under your name. These tradelines are powerful but expensive and worth the expense. It never closes and remains on your credit report for the life of your credit report.
